Ultimate Lacrosse Speed Academy

Although Lacrosse is one of the oldest and currently fastest growing sports 

in the country, it is also one of the most difficult to master.  With nearly 

700 colleges around the country supporting a lacrosse program, obtaining 

a scholarship, walking onto a club team or just making high school JV

is becoming more challenging every year.  Like all sports the development 

of skills and fundamentals of the game, especially at a young age, is

absolutely imperative to improving athletic ability and developing

 character and sportsmanship.

 What truly makes our training unique and absolutely indispensable, is that we implement a strength training routine that is specific to each individual and we utilize the trademarked style of training "Anti Momentum Training". This style of training was designed by the owner of the Sports Conditioning Institute, with the goal of teaching athletes how to lift and get maximum strength and power gains while eliminating any incidence of injury!

In our program, athletes will learn:

  • Stability
  • Core strength
  • Explosive power
  • Proper lifting techniques
  • How to avoid injury while lifting and on the field.

All designed to be Lacrosse specific.
