BRAD VACCARO

Brad Vaccaro has been training and educating athletes all over the country for almost twenty years about increasing speed and improving strength and power. He specializes is sport specific training with a focus on injury prevention. He has worked with over 30,000 athletes with phenomenal success and NO injuries. He has also been coaching track all over Bergen County NJ for 2 decades.

Vaccaro is owner of the Sports Conditioning Institute in Wyckoff, NJ. They have been the leaders in football position specific and combine prep training, track and field event training and overall athlete and adult personal training for over six years. He has pioneered a new training philosophy that is outlined in his videos and publications known as the "Training Revolution", which details the trademarked training method "Anti Momentum Training." This method gets the most out of athletes while avoiding the DANGEROUS exercises that are done by other supposed "fitness experts".  This method eliminates the most injury prone exercises and utilizes revolutionary lifting techniques that reduce stresses on the body.

KYLE MURPHY

Kyle has been coaching jumps and pole vault for almost eight years. An all league pole vaulter while at Don Bosco HS, he is now the head coach at North Rockland High School and has produced several all county and all state athletes. A natural coach and trainer, he is extremely enthusiastic and works great with young athletes. He has an expert knowledge of his events and of functional training. 

SETH WELLS

Seth been coaching the throwing events for 10 years at the high school and collegiate level as well as private 1-1 instruction. During that time he obtained his degree in Athletic Training from Montclair State University as well as his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist credential. Currently he is a part of the athletic medical staff at Montclair State University providing coverage for practices and games as well as clinical orthopedic evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of injuries that occur in athletics. Seth trains clients of all age, health, injury and fitness levels in more than just the throws, his philosophy is "improve how you move". Currently Seth is developing a hammer throw program for youth and high school throwers going to college to get a jump on technique training.

Between having a background in sports medicine, Division 1 collegiate athletics and sports podiatry Seth takes a full body approach to teaching a client the throws. With proper instruction on the basics of the throws, the athlete is able to build themselves on a stable platform.

CHARLIE TOOLE

Charlie has been studying and working in the health and fitness field since 1984 and has been involved in all practical, administrative and managerial areas of personal fitness training, nutrition, sports activity direction, athletic training and outdoor activities.

He has held multiple fitness certifications, has spent countless hours on self‑education and hands­-on experience in both traditional and the latest, cutting‑edge fitness principles and philosophies. He has trained and instructed thousands of clients, athletes and class members of all ages and abilities, providing them motivation and education in areas of health, nutrition and lifestyle enhancement. He has also worked with hundreds of trainers, coaches, instructors, nutritionists, physiologists, therapists, motivators and health practitioners from all across the health and fitness spectrum. He has owned and managed fitness companies and has experience in outdoor activity coordination, leading hikes, bootcamps, bike tours
and other activities for his own clients and environmental  organizations. His 
experience and versatility are essential to S.C.I.

Ayelet Cohen

Ayelet focuses on adult training and is our "in home trainer". 


She specializes in fat burning (cardio blast) - stamina, boot camp, abs/core sessions, body posture, stability, Adult PT - fall prevention, lower back pain and post injury rehab.
