Preseason Girls Lacrosse Clinic
Starting in January we will be hosting a preseason girls LAX clinic for one hour every Tuesday and Friday night. Our clinics will be run by certified high school coaches who will focus specifically on increasing sprint speed and stamina, building strength, increasing flexibility, and improving footwork and agility. The speed and agility training will also encompass various elements of girls lacrosse such as passing, shooting, offensive and defensive mobility, etc.
