Megan Thorn - Megan is a sophomore varsity distance runner at Pascack Valley. She just started training in mid 2015 and works with Coach Vaccaro on speed and quickness and injury prevention.
Henry Heller - Henry is one of several Mahwah athletes to train at SCI. His is currently the number one runner on the Mahwah xc team. He first began training in mid 2014 and works with Coaches Kyle and Vaccaro on quickness and form.
Mary LiPuma, Isabelle Fiore, Melissa Lein - Mary, Isabelle and Melissa of Midland Park have been training at SCI for about half a year to work on speed and strength and event specific technique/form. Mary is the top sprinter on the team, Melissa is the top jumper and Isabelle is right behind her as the team's second best jumper.
Caliegh Glew - Caliegh has been training at SCI for about half a year. She is the best sprinter and hurdler at Sparta HS and trains with Coach Vaccaro and Coach Kyle to work on basic speed and strength and event specific technique.
Aidan Kutner - Aidan began training at SCI in 2013 to work on his hurdle technique. As a senior he lowered his 400 hurdles time to under 56 seconds and now runs track at Colgate.
Jamie Clark - Jamie is one of the many Northern Highlands athletes who trains at SCI. Jamie's specialty is track, where he is the best discus thrower on the team.
Julia Kissel - Julia, a senior at Ramsey HS, placed second in the javelin at last springs bergen county meet of champs with a throw of 119. After training at SCI she improved her best throw by more than 20 feet in a year!
Paramus Catholic Girls Basketball - The Paramus Catholic girls basketball team recently began training at SCI for the upcoming 2015-16 season. They work with Coaches Brad, Kyle and Seth on improving speed and strength.  
Kelly Knight - Kelly is the best high jumper on the Northern Highlands track team. She is also an excellent hurdler and long jumper. She trains both one on one and at our Wednesday and Sunday group track training sessions with a focus on improving her form.
Paige Wildrotter - Paige is part of an outstanding Northern Highlands girls distance squad. As a freshman she ran a 5:19 mile and as a sophomore is competing as one of their best varsity distance runners. She works Coach Vaccaro to improve her strength and quickness.
Kristen Traub - Kristen competed for Eastern Christian and was one of the best runners in passaic county history. Her senior year she ran 18:25 at Holmdel Park for fifth at the state meet of champs. She also placed second in the 1600 outdoors, running 4:52. She is now the top runner at Marist College. She and her sister Brianne were two of SCI's most consistent clients and trained with us since 2009!
Kristen Vinciguerra - Kristen began training at SCI after tearing her ACL playing soccer. As a sophomore she was playing varsity for Northern Highlands, one of the top teams in the country. She is now healthy and continues to train to work on speed and strength. Next year she will play soccer at Uconn. 
Jillian O'Brien - Jillian began training at SCI just this year. She is currently the number one distance runner for Bogota HS. Throughout her four years she has consistently been one of the best runners in the NJIC. She comes to SCI to work on staying injury free. 

Caity Ubl - Caity just finished her senior year at Old Tappan HS, where she was the top sprinter/mid distance runner on the team and one of the best in bergen county. As a senior she ran under 60 seconds in the 400 and consistently hit low 2:20's in the 800. She trains at SCI to become more resistant to injury. She now competes for Williams College.  

Evan Bonfield - Evan is a junior at Mahwah HS and is already the best sprinter on the team. As a sophomore he ran ran 51.55 in the 400 and should get close to breaking 50 seconds this year. He first started training at SCI in 2014 and has been one of our most dedicated and consistent clients, usually coming in twice a week.
Ally and Eric Schlosser - Ally and Eric are the top distance runners at Parsipanny High School. As a junior Ally ran 5:05 in the mile and competed in the state meet of champs and as a sophomore Eric ran sub 10 and sub 4:40. They are two of SCI's most consistent clients. Ally has been training here since the 7th grade!
Frankie Richard -Frankie first started training at SCI in 2014 to work on hurdle technique and long jump/triple jump form. He has improved a ton and had a breakout junior season, winning the bergen meet of champs in the long jump and placing at the state meet of champs!
Aidan Shin - Aidan threw the disc and shot for Old Tappan HS. While there he was the best thrower on the team and one of the best in bergen county. He came to SCI to work on spin and discus technique.
Katie Salisbury - Katie is a senior at Hawthorne HS and might be the best track athlete in the state this year. As a junior she broke out and won both the long and triple jump at the the state meet of champs and also made the final of the 100. She first started training with Coach Vaccaro in 2013 to work on her form and has improved tremendously during her time at SCI.
Brandon Parker - Brandon might be the best all around athlete at SCI. He is currently a senior at Hawthorne HS and competing in track. His focus is shot put, but he also competes in the 100, 200 and high jump.
Carly Leipzig - Carly, a Northern Highlands grad, started training at SCI last year to recover after tearing her ACL in soccer. She is now back and healthy and competing for division 1 Boston College.
Nick Goodwin - Nick has been training with SCI since 2010 with a focus on preventing injury. He is currently a senior at Wayne Valley and stars in both football and basketball. This fall has established himself as one of the best QB's in North Jersey and is in the conversation for The Record's Athlete of the Year.
Brianne Traub - Brianne trained at SCI for almost four years. She is one of only 5 girls in Passaic County history to score 2000+ points in her high school basketball career. She recently finished her career at the University of Sciences in Philadelphia, where she was among the league leaders in points and rebounds per game all four years.
