Athlete of the Week
Cameron Dignan – Glen Ridge H.S.
Cameron, a sophomore distance runner at Glen Ridge High School, is SCI's Athlete of the Week after winning the Super Essex Conference - Colonial Divisional Championships at Branch Brook Park in Newark. His time of 18:08 was more than 20 seconds ahead of the second place finisher. With a few more meets still to go he has a great chance to run under 18 minutes!
Cameron and his brother Justin have been training at SCI for about a year and a half. They work with Coach Vaccaro on running technique and speed and strength.

SCI is happy to welcome our newest trainer, Nulla. Nulla has been a trainer at SCI for about two weeks and during that brief time has shown she has the potential to become one of the better trainers in the area. She has a tremendous work ethic, sometimes working 10-12 hour days, and is also an extremely quick learner. So far her only flaw is that she sometimes abandons clients in the middle of a session to take a nap in the corner of the gym. Nulla invites you to stop by S.C.I. any time! The first session is always FREE but after that she will be charging $10,000/hour. Toys are expensive.
