Athlete of the Week
![]() Ally, a freshman distance runner at Parsippany High School, is SCI's Athlete of the Week after setting three personal bests in just three days. On Wednesday she competed at the NJAC Championships and set PRs at 1600 (5:22) and 3200 (11:52). On Friday she beat out more than 100 runners to take first in the 800 at the Morris County Girls Frosh/Soph Championships in another PR of 2:25! Ally has been training at SCI for about a year and a half. She works with Coach Vaccaro on her running technique and speed and strength. | ||||
